| Comments | I had a propane leak. The company that I had came out to find the problem. The guy couldn’t find it. They shut it off and I never heard from them again luckily, I Had saved the postcard that was sent to me in the mail because I had just purchased the home. I called. They were very nice. I felt like I was their family and I like that. The customer service was excellent. When the guy came out, it didn’t take him 20 minutes and he found the leak. The other company was here for over an hour. The only way he can solve the problem was to turn off my propane and never contact me again. |
