The Mitsubishi Heat Pump

THE CHALLENGE

So, we had this client in a wonderful house – built in 1942.
Unfortunately, that means not a lot of insulation, no ducts and wicked hot rooms in the summer and cold ones in the winter. Especially in some of the rooms upstairs.

A gray house with a white front door has The Mitsubishi Heat Pump.

THE SOLUTION

Solution: Daniels installed a three headed Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pump System. This is an air conditioner for the summer and a heating unit for the fall and winter.

The system’s first compressor was designed to run two heads that covered both the family room and the kitchen downstairs. The total square footage for the great room and kitchen was more than 800 sq.ft.

Two compressors – three heads. What a difference. The client went from perspiring all summer to cool as a cucumber from May to Oct and toasty warm all winter long.

We completed the project in one, longish, day and were able to help the homeowner get 0.99% 10-year financing which meant a low monthly payment.

If you have a similar problem – no interest in breaking down walls to install ducts – but hard to heat and cool one big room or two (or more) small rooms, Let Daniels Do It.
