I just want to make sure that you know that the driver who delivered our propane on such a horrible day should be commended. He not only did his job and did it well, he made sure to lock our gate. That was so considerate!!!!

Great Emergency Response and Triage
When I had an emergency over the weekend, A newly installed unit was not working due to and an electrical problem I got a call from Bob Daniels. He assured me that all my concerns would be taken care of and he was very understanding. It was a hot day and our inside temperature was climbing. Bob sent Bill his HVAC TECH to the house and after a minor adjustment the system went on line… I then spoke with the utilities electrician who will complete the job. Thanks, Daniels. GREAT Triage, GREAT Response and GREAT Customer Service!!!!
Kudos to A++ Technician
Just wanted to let you know that the technician who performed the service last month was excellent!! He went over and above what I expected. He even explained to me how the condensate system worked so I’d know what to look for next time. A++.
A New Satisfied Customer
“We just started using you for our oil and maintenance. On Tuesday we had service on our oil fill spout for the whistle replacement. Dave, our technician, as wonderfully polite. He must have gone up and down our stairs, in and out the front door 6 times or more. Each time he took his shoes off as not to make a mess in our home. He was very thorough and explained everything to me.
We owned our own business for over ten years back in Michigan and know the importance of knowing how your workers are representing you and your company. Too often you only hear complaints. We thought it would be nice to hear a compliment. Thank you again”.

before a big snowstorm
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for anything you did to get our oil delivery just before the the big snowstorm on Thursday. We could drive out on Friday in the snow knowing that we have enough fuel to keep the house warm until spring. We are especially grateful for the delivery with today’s snow and ice that the Northeast is dealing with.
Heating Service on a Frigid Day
“I just wanted you to know that, unfortunately, I had to make a no heat service call early this morning. Your employees handled everything beautifully on one of the coldest, and I’m sure busiest, days this season. Josh, the on-call tech, called me promptly after I spoke with the answering service and suggested I call the office at 8 am. When I called the office the woman who handles your service dispatching was very pleasant and helpful. Joe the tech, and his side kick, were very personable and professional when they came to the house. They replaced the ignition switch and I’m good to go.”
